Objective: Sphero Sprks and Ozobots are inventive tools designed to promote fun and learning through coding. In this experience, activities can be focused on Math and Science TEKS by grade level to support curriculum objectives.

Objective: Through problem solving, students will create a miniature robotic structure utilizing an offset motor, battery and multi-legged “bot”. Activities focus on engineering concepts and Science TEKS.

Objective: Explore basics of electrical circuits with paper, copper tape, and stickers. Students will create simple, parallel,switch,slide switch and pressure switch as time permits. Sensors to control light, sound and time may also be incorporated in longer sessions. This experience is easily adapted to multidisciplinary with writing and art.

Objective: Students will utilize various 3D creation programs to modify downloaded designs to creating from the ground up in preparation for printed projects. Concepts will include the x,y,and z axis to create, as well as the role of basic form combinations as used to create more complex objects.
Due to time constraints, student projects will be printed and returned at a later date for distribution. They will be able to view the printer in use during the experience.
